I have numbered Supralapsarianism (for which we have an ozalid) as opus 6.

Tom's '84 and '85 catalogs differ on opus 6:

"6) SUPRALAPSARIANISM  (45 minutes)     1984 catalog

"6) 3:16  (15 minutes)"                 1985 catalog

No score showing the title "3:16" was found. It seems likely that 3:16 was a shortened version of Supralapsarianism.

  Both catalog listings show almost identical instrumentation.*
  Both listings are preceded and followed by the same works.
